Services

Be The Lender offers business branding, website development and management, creative design, editing and publishing support, and financial wellness coaching. The specific scope, timeline, and price of any project will be confirmed with you before work begins.

Not a lender; educational coaching only

Be The Lender does not provide loans, credit, or lending services. Financial wellness coaching is educational and does not constitute investment, legal, or tax advice. Consult a licensed professional for advice about your specific situation.

Pricing and payment

Prices listed on this website are starting points and may change. The $99 website consultation fee is credited toward a website package purchased within 30 days of the consultation. Deposits, balances, and recurring care plans are due as agreed in writing for each project.

Client content

You are responsible for having the rights to any text, images, logos, or other materials you provide to us, and you remain the owner of them. Upon full payment, you will own the final deliverables created for you unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Website care plans

Care plan hours and requests do not roll over from month to month unless otherwise agreed. Work beyond a plan's included time will be quoted separately.

Limitation of liability

This website and its content are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Be The Lender is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or our services.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
